Delivery & Fulfillment Policy

1. Nature of Services

Tara Pulse exclusively provides digital astrological goods and online consultation services. There are no physical goods or shipments involved.

2. Digital Kundli & Chart Calculations

Vedic Kundli charts, Lagna (D1), Navamsa (D9), KP planetary degrees, and panchang calculations are generated algorithmically and delivered instantly on your screen within your user dashboard upon successful calculation request.

3. Consultation Sessions (Phone & Google Meet)

Consultations are conducted remotely at the date and time confirmed by your astrologer:

• Google Meet Sessions: A secure Google Meet link is attached directly to your appointment in your Client Dashboard and sent via confirmation email. You can join the session from your computer or mobile device at the scheduled time.
• Phone Call Consultations: The verified astrologer calls your designated contact number provided during booking at the scheduled appointment time (IST).

4. Appointment Confirmations & Reminders

Booking requests and updates are acknowledged via transactional emails from bookings@tarapulse.com. Your Client Dashboard serves as the real-time record of your appointment status and consultation notes.

5. Service Delivery Issues

If you experience any connectivity difficulties during a session or do not receive your meeting link prior to your scheduled slot, please contact us immediately at bookings@tarapulse.com so we can reconnect you or reschedule your consultation.
