This notice explains what information Tara Pulse collects, why we use it, and the choices you have when using our website and astrology services.

1. Information we collect

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address and account credentials. When you use Kundli or consultation features, you may also provide birth details such as date, time and place of birth, along with information you choose to share for an appointment.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to create and manage your account, generate and save requested Kundli charts, facilitate consultations, maintain service operations, and communicate with you about actions you request.

3. Authentication and local storage

Firebase Authentication is used for account authentication. Browser storage such as localStorage and IndexedDB may be used by the application and Firebase to maintain your session and account state. Cookie and analytics preferences are stored locally on your device.

4. Application data storage

Firebase and Firestore are used for application data storage, including saved birth charts, appointment requests, and user profiles.

5. Service providers and consultations

We do not sell your personal or birth information. Certain technical service providers process data necessary to operate specific features:

  • Google Calendar and Google Meet: May process appointment-related information when consultations are scheduled or virtual meetings are generated.
  • Transactional email services: May process information necessary to deliver appointment confirmations, updates, and schedule changes.
  • Sentry: May process technical and error diagnostic information if error monitoring is enabled.
  • Astrologers: Information relevant to a consultation is shared with the participating astrologer to conduct the session.

6. Analytics

When consented to and enabled, Google Analytics is used for ordinary website usage and page-view analytics. Analytics cookies are only set after consent is granted, and you may accept or decline analytics at any time using our on-site cookie banner.

7. Data security and user requests

We take reasonable technical steps to protect information handled through Tara Pulse. However, no online service or method of electronic storage can guarantee absolute security. Tara Pulse does not currently provide an automatic self-service account or data deletion button. Users may contact Tara Pulse directly regarding questions or requests concerning information associated with their account.

8. Astrology disclaimer

Tara Pulse provides astrology-related information and interpretive guidance. It is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial or other regulated professional advice.

9. Changes to this notice

We may update this Privacy Notice as Tara Pulse develops. The current version displayed on this page applies when you use the service.
